Meet Michael Correia

Brisa Insurance Services owner Michael Correia grew up in and around the family business. His father, Manny Correia, is the owner/agent at Germantown Insurance, LLC where Brisa’s second office is located. Michael’s clients trust him with their insurance strategy, sharing their honest concerns and allowing him to tailor insurance programs specific to their needs. Michael truly enjoys helping others, and considers himself fortunate that he gets to work with so many interesting, dynamic people across all industries throughout the country.

Having grown up in the Memphis area, Michael speaks the local language. Many of his clients are former high school classmates, and the local ties run deep. After attending Indiana University to play college soccer (NCAA champions in 1988) and study marketing, he sold advertising for the Miami Herald for 7 years in south Florida. Living in the Miami area fostered a multicultural perspective, and further developed Michael’s multilingual abilities in Spanish and Portuguese.
